The SCD series solar controllers with LC display and RS-232 interface guarantee precise and gentle charging of your valuable solar-powered rechargeable batteries. The switching threshold for over/under voltage, load cut-off and resetting is controlled accurately and without temperature influence by the micro controller. The solar controller is best suited for applications that are centrally earthed (-), as the load cut-off is done in the positive circuit (+). By connecting in series, you can also recharge solar-powered batteries in parallel using other power sources, such as standard mains systems. The solar controller is equipped with a deep-discharge warning feature.
